Why We Built This Site
Indiana provides public access to many eligible court records, yet the right source depends on who keeps the requested item. Morgan Circuit Court and Morgan Superior Courts 1, 2, and 3 issue process in county cases. The Morgan County Clerk maintains those case files. The Sheriff's Office may serve process and holds separate incident, return, jail, and agency records. Local matters may instead belong to Martinsville City Court or Mooresville Town Court. Indiana MyCase can reveal a public docket lead, but it cannot confirm every active warrant. Morgan County also has no verified public online warrant roster. We organize the official search route, court contacts, request options, and access limits so readers can ask the proper custodian for a current answer.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site, not part of an Indiana court, the Morgan County Clerk, the Morgan County Sheriff's Office, or another government agency. Its role has firm limits:
- We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm whether a warrant exists for anyone
- We cannot remove, recall, quash, or clear a warrant on any system
- We cannot post bond or accept any kind of payment toward a warrant
- We cannot arrange a surrender, a court date, or a warrant walk-through
- We cannot give legal advice or tell you how a specific warrant applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or warrant listing on this site is current right now
Only the court that issued the warrant or the sheriff's warrant unit that holds it can confirm whether a warrant exists and whether it has been recalled or cleared. We can point you to the right office, but the answer has to come from them.
Search Partners
Third-party providers power search boxes on some pages. They operate their own services and set their own prices. A paid signup may result in a referral fee that supports free access to the reference material. Those providers control their charges and results. Their output is not an official Morgan County warrant check and cannot replace confirmation from the Clerk, issuing court, or Sheriff's Office.
